Montana's Glacier Country is home to Swan River Consulting Services, LLC (SRCS), a woman owned small business. We provide consulting services, training, technical assistance and related resources to support effective organizational management and fiscal operations. Services are oriented towards the needs of grant-funded, nonprofit, and other human service organizations. The members of SRCS offer more than 80 years of experience in leadership development, strategic management, effecting change, and ongoing fiscal excellence. We have worked with organizations large and small across the United States, Puerto Rica and US Virgin Islands.
Meet the Members of SRCS:
Belinda Rinker, JD, an attorney and Managing Member of SRCS, has over thirty years experience working with grant-funded and nonprofit organizations. Recently retired from her position as a Senior Policy Analyst at the national Office of Head Start in Washington, DC where she led fiscal, facilities, and disaster recovery initiatives. Belinda has extensive knowledge of governance and fiscal requirements for federal awards and has provided training and compliance assistance at grantee, state, and national levels.
Alan Baquet, PhD, an economist, with a robust background in educational, nonprofit, and private industry settings. He is nationally recognized for his research and has successfully applied for and managed grants throughout his university career. His expertise is in supporting the operation of complex organizations and Alan is certified in both Life Coaching and Appreciative Inquiry.
