Turn up Bierney Creek Road from the Lakeside marina, and turn right at the top of the hill. You can't miss the large blue and white steel buildings ahead at 150 Clothier Lane, Lakeside MT 59922.
Lakeside Garages are insulated and heated storages units for rent. Bring your cars, boat, RV, autos, motorcycles, & other toys. Shop sizes are 24'x29' & 24'x49'. We also have a new outdoor parking lot.
These are not inexpensive cold storage. Small units are $875/mo and large units are $1,550/mo. Insulated / Heated / Electric door openers, a man door, and clubhouse with restroom and kitchenette. Security cameras in place with security fence and gate planned soon. Not for commercial/industrial use. For people who want to store and tinker on their toys - up to big boats and full-size motor coaches.
